So I'm no good at thinking of titles - so sue me.
umm, what can I say? This is a picture of Usagi from Sailor Moon, I decided to do her in casuals because I think she looks cool
Hmmm... It took me forever to decide what to actually clothe her in though, but I think the dress turned out okay (if you only look at the sleeves ^_^; ). Actually, on the whole, I'm quite please with how this came out (although having said that, I bet I'll get lots of critism
Oh well, thus is life)
PS - I know the background's dodgy but it's kind of late and I used up all my inspiration
Done in Adobe Photoshop 7 with my trusty mouse.

The clothes look quite good though it doesn't look like you used as much shading as you normally do. The hair pretty good too.
Though with the title, you should have added a moon (in Photoshop if you can't draw it), or you could even do one of those crappy Sailor Moon moons if you can't do a detailed one like in Inuyasha or Love Hina.
The piccy itself is good, but I don't like the background that much
